Details for June 20 Field Trip to Bridal Veil Falls
This is a section of the repurposed Rails-to-Trails that connects to two other trails in the area. This trail rolls down mostly doubletrack to the waterfall. There are one or two short, moderate climbs. The trail includes a railroad trestle over the stream as well as a couple of cattle gates. Meet 9:00 a.m. junction Hwy 82 and N. Florida Ave. to carpool. Bring lunch, water, close toed shoes and your masks please! You don’t need to wear them while walking 6” apart, but we want you to have them for the moments where we stop and discuss observations along the way.
