White Sands Missile Range adventure led by retired Range Manager Dave Anderson. We will visit a graveyard, Pat Garrett’s homesite and other native plant havens nestled in the foothills to the west of the Tularosa Basin. This is a limited access area and we will be escorted by WSMR personnel. We must submit the full name of each attendee in advance so please RSVP by October 5th. Vehicles must have a high clearance and a full tank of gas! All participants should bring lunch, PLENTY of water, sunscreen, good hiking shoes, and water (yes, it’s listed twice!).
