Please join us for a conversation with Adam McCullough & Spencer Johnson with the U.S. Forest Service, who will talk about the endemics and ecological diversity of the Lincoln National Forest. The Sacramento Mountains, which make up the southern continuous portion of the National Forest, are home to numerous endemic plant species. We’ll discuss some of these species, the conservation efforts to protect them, and what makes the area so special. Adam & Spencer will be sharing some of the “greatest hits” from The Lincoln National Forest.

6:30 pm – social half-hour with snacks & beverages
7:00 pm – In-person meeting and presentation in the classroom adjacent to the NMSU Herbarium on the NMSU campus in the Biology Annex at 3080 Williams Street.
