Field trip to Sunspot

Our July field trip will be held Saturday, July 13th, and we will be going up to Sunspot to explore the area at the solar observatory.
We will meet to carpool at the empty gas station at the corner of Florida and Highway 82 at 8 a.m. Or if you prefer to just go on up to the location, we will be at the Sunspot Visitor Center by 9 a.m. to get started.
The site entrance fee, to be paid at the visitor center, is $5 per car or $3 for seniors (per car).
It should be a lovely day: partly cloudy with a high of 74 degrees, do bring a jacket or sweater just in case. We can meet for lunch in Cloudcroft, following the walk, if anyone is interested.
