“In honor of the day, The Albuquerque Chapter of the Native Plant Society of New Mexico (NPSNM) is sponsoring a free tour of eight native plant gardens on August 20 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Four are located at the Albuquerque Garden Center at 10120 Lomas Boulevard NE in Los Altos Park, and the others are private gardens. At least two of the private gardens will also have plant lists that participants can take home with them.”
