Join the Las Cruces chapter for an open discussion with members and guests regarding favorite books, websites, and places for learning about New Mexico’s native plants, to include the topic of gardening with native plants. Joan Woodward will open the evening, and NMSU Herbarium curator Sara Fuentes-Soriano will moderate. Zachary Rogers will pull up and display images of plants/places/books/sites in real time as they are discussed during the course of the event. There will be opening remarks by local botanists, horticulturalists, authors, naturalists, and others prior to members’ and guests’ discussions.
